Kapsch apprentices attend the Talent Days at the Vienna Museum of Technology
“Technology has a future!” This is the motto under which the Talent Days are being held on 23 and 24 January in the Vienna Museum of Technology.
The aim of the Talent Days is to inspire young people to take up careers in the fields of technology and the natural sciences, and to show them the possibilities and career paths available.
Apprentices and technicians tell pupils about their everyday lives at work and inform them about the available training options. The Kapsch Group is one of the biggest apprentice trainers in the country; some of the 60 or so Kapsch apprentices give interested pupils insights into apprenticeship training at Kapsch and answer their questions on professional life and opportunities. The interest expressed by schools far exceeds expectations: over 1000 pupils have registered for the Talent Days.
“It is important for us to come into contact with potential applicants and to inform them about the possibilities that Kapsch offers in matters of training,” explains Rudolf Bernscherer, Head of HR of the Kapsch Group. “Through personal discussions with the Kapsch apprentices, pupils can hear exciting experience-based accounts and get authentic answers to their questions.”
