The approx. 50 participating apprentices received the unique chance to meet with Austria’s leading ski jumpers and were able to look behind the scenes at the FIS ski jumping world cup. The Austrian ski jumping team showed the apprentices how success can be earned through enthusiasm and hard work. The initiative by Hubert Neuper, former Austrian ski jumper, is welcomed by Kapsch as a different kind of motivation training and is supposed to be a reward for the apprentices’ good work.
